So this ended up COMPLETELY different to how I originally wanted it. It began as a dress version of Chocolina's outfit, but as I continued I realized 2 things: Would I be allowed to do that? And Would Red and Yellow even look good on Lightning? I looked around and eventually found lightning in a red dress, and decided I don't like it on her.  So I changed my mind and started using a silver chocobo as a reference, but when I finished coloring, I noticed it looked way too close to her warrior goddess outfit. So running out of options, I decided to play around with some colors a bit, and when I got to the cyan color on her chestplate I thought it complemented her rose colored hair very well, and started using other colors along with that. And TADA! (Also if you are confused about the ribbons on her dress, they are transparent and attached to her back)

I would have done weapons, were it not for the fact that I suck at them. My friend suggested I make a keyblade-like weapon for her (which is coincidental because had earlier mentioned she liked my Keyblades) and I was going to attempt it, but I realized A: I'm fairly sure that isn't allowed and B: the only way it WOULD be allowed is if I altered it to look more like a sword/gunblade or whatever, but I've never drawn a legit sword before, and I definitely didn't want to attempt a gunblade. I noticed in the art references that there was one picture of her just in a dress, so I figured 'Hey, I'm good at dresses so why not?'

Anyway, I was beginning to feel confident until I saw everyone else's entries, so now I kinda doubt I will win...... Oh well, I might use this dress for my other characters if I don't win I guess....
